⁴ Then bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance to the tent of meeting and wash them with water.^(A)

¹⁸ They made fifty bronze clasps to fasten the tent together as a unit.^{(A) 19} Then they made for the tent a covering of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of the other durable leather.^[a]

²⁰ They made upright frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle. ²¹ Each frame was ten cubits long and a cubit and a half wide,^[b]

¹² “Bring Aaron and his sons to the entrance to the tent of meeting^(A) and wash them with water.^(B)

³¹ and Moses and Aaron and his sons used it to wash^(A) their hands and feet.

³² They washed whenever they entered the tent of meeting or approached the altar,^(A) as the Lord commanded^(B) Moses.

⁶ Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons forward and washed them with water.^(A)

⁴ He is to put on the sacred linen tunic,^(A) with linen undergarments next to his body; he is to tie the linen sash around him and put on the linen turban.^(B) These are sacred garments;^(C) so he must bathe himself with water^(D) before he puts them on.^(E)

²⁴ He shall bathe himself with water in the sanctuary area^(A) and put on his regular garments.^(B) Then he shall come out and sacrifice the burnt offering for himself and the burnt offering for the people,^(C) to make atonement for himself and for the people.^(D)

² The Lord said to Moses: “Tell your brother Aaron that he is not to come whenever he chooses^(A) into the Most Holy Place^(B) behind the curtain^(C) in front of the atonement cover^(D) on the ark, or else he will die. For I will appear^(E) in the cloud^(F) over the atonement cover.
